Holistic Yoga School will be offering a 200 hour Yoga teacher certification course at PURE in Granada and the nearby Laguna de Apoyo.  The 24-day course will provide you with a profound understanding of the anatomical and philosophical underpinnings of Yoga.  You’ll deepen your own knowledge of the practice and of yourself, and thoroughly prepare yourself to help others do the same. Upon completion of the course you will receive your RYT-200 and can register with the Alliance as an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher!

Typical Daily Schedule
7:00 meditation

7:30 – 9:30 Asana (All-Levels Hatha & Vinyasa Flow; Specialty Class Variations)

9:30 – 10:30 Breakfast Break

10:30 – 12 Ancient Wisdom, Yoga Anatomy & Sacred Physiology, Energetic Awareness, Philosophy, Comparative Spirituality, Ayurveda, Sanskrit

12 – 2:00 break

2:00 – 3:00 Healing Arts, Healthy Lifestyles, Sustainable Living Practices, Yogic Diet, Earth Medicine, Herbs, Organic Living, Seva, more…

3:00 – 6:00 Art of Teaching Asana

6:00 – 7:30 Dinner Break

7:30 – 8:30 Satsang/Kirtan/Campfire

 We’ll spend most of our time at PURE in the beautiful colonial city of Granada, with two weekend trips to Laguna de Apoyo, which is an absolutely magnificent crater lake just outside of Granada. 

Every Sunday we take a day off to rest.

Tuition RYT200 Certification Course: $2,200 – registration
